What we are looking for you for

  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintenance and management of customer data in our CRM system
  • Preparation and processing of quotations and orders
  • Preparation of presentations and sales documents
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers
  • Coordination of appointments and meetings
  • Creation of reports and analyses
  • General office and administrative tasks

What you bring with you

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in internal sales or in a comparable position
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation
  • Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
