What we are looking for you for
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintenance and management of customer data in our CRM system
- Preparation and processing of quotations and orders
- Preparation of presentations and sales documents
- Telephone and written correspondence with customers
- Coordination of appointments and meetings
- Creation of reports and analyses
- General office and administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in internal sales or in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
