The scope of services is modular. IBK Engineering takes on analysis, conception, operational implementation and scaling support as required.

Price range plus statutory VAT. The final calculation depends on complexity, regulatory environment, number of stakeholders, technical maturity and desired depth of implementation.

Package 1: Startup Readiness Sprint

Goal:
Create clarity for decision-making and start-up (ideal before founding, before pilot or before investor talks).

Duration: 2-4 weeks

Price range: 6,500 – 12,500 € (fixed price)

Typical formats:
Kick-off, 2-4 work modules, review, final presentation

Package 2: Venture Build / Go-to-Market Setup

Objective:
Lead the project operationally towards market maturity and launch (temporary development management).

Duration: 3-9 months

Price range: 4,500 – 12,000 € / month (retainer)

Option:
Additional optional milestone fee after target achievement

Package 3: Scale-up Advisory / Fractional COO

Goal: Stabilize
growth, increase transparency and create structures for scalable growth.

Duration: from 3 months

Price range: 3,000 – 8,000 € / month (2-4 days / month)

Form of assignment:
Retainer / sparring + operational implementation support

Optional additional services

  • Workshop moderation (half-day/full-day): 900 – 2,200 €
  • Intensive workshops with preparation and follow-up / documentation: € 1,800 – 4,500
  • Additional operational implementation days: 1,100 – 1,800 €/day
  • Hourly fee (selective consulting / sparring): 140 – 220 €/hour
  • Travel expenses according to expenditure / agreement

IBK Engineering does not replace legal or tax advice. Company form, contract design, trademark and patent applications as well as legal assessments are prepared and coordinated in cooperation with the respective authorized specialists.

Start-up offer: Innovation / Startup Readiness Check (60-90 min.)

Goal: Classification of maturity level, bottlenecks and priorities as well as recommendation of the appropriate package (sprint, build or scale).

Flat rate: 290 – 690 EUR net (billable when ordering a follow-up package, by arrangement).
